TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Purchases made on estetista-shop.it are governed by the following conditions.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Customer in accordance with Article 18 of Law 144/20015 has the right to withdraw from the contract, can exercise the right of withdrawal by sending, within fourteen (14) days from receipt of goods, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address: info@laboratoiresbewell.com

The consumer will be entitled to the refund of the amount paid, net of delivery and reimbursement costs (always charged to the consumer), only from the moment in which the seller, checked the goods and certifies their integrity and perfect correspondence to the goods sold, will confirm the whole.

The place of jurisdiction in the event of a dispute is that of the Republic of San Marino.

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, you will be reimbursed for all the payments you made in our favor, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery different from the less expensive type of standard delivery from we offer) without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. These refunds will be made using the same payment method used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, no costs will be incurred as a consequence of such reimbursement.
You are requested to return the goods or deliver them to us without undue delay and in any case within 10 days from the day in which you have notified us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 10-day period expires. The costs of returning the products are charged to the user.

RETURN OF GOODS
Only undamaged products will be accepted, returned in original packaging and including accessories and manuals and will be returned within 10 days of purchase. The right of withdrawal is lost if the returned product is not intact, ie: lack of original packaging, absence of integral elements of the product, products returned incomplete, damaged or used by the customer or returned after 10 days for return . estetista-shop.it will consequently reject any product returned unpackaged and without original accessories, as well as products for which they have not been fully paid already.

PRICES
The prices shown include VAT currently in force (22%). Any regulatory changes concerning changes in VAT or other sales taxes will result in an adjustment in the dispatch note; estetista-shop.it reserves the right to change prices at any time but undertakes to immediately make visible the prices modified on the website. No invoices are issued if not requested jointly with the order accompanied by the Fiscal Code and the VAT number, for Companies (Article 22, DPR 633/72 VAT). The prices shown do not include delivery costs, which will be calculated at the time of checkout. The contract of sale is perfected to all legal effects when estetista-shop.it receives confirmation of the order; with the aforementioned confirmation the customer undertakes to pay the price of the product according to the method chosen by the customer. For payments made on-line by credit card, and / or equivalent, the goods will be shipped within 3 working days from the crediting of the amounts.
